This coffee, from a spirited and youthful cooperative of 42 small family farms in the highlands of Tarrazu, is grown at elevations reaching 2000 meters. Extremely well-balanced with a medium body, subtly crisp acidity and lively flavors of citrus fruit and tropical nuts.
