| This stainless steel and 24kt gold plated stovetop brewer produces a dense, concentrated cup with a strength and consistency between espresso and Turkish coffee. The coffee is packed into a filter between the lower chamber, which is filled with water, and the upper chamber, which will contain the finished beverage after brewing. The water is forced through the cake of coffee by building steam pressure in a manner much closer to espresso extraction than infusion brewing.
